Speaking of the lanai: This area features a heatable pool that can be used at any time of day, while sunbeds and a lounge area offer well-deserved relaxation. Thanks to surrounding hedges, you will enjoy high levels of privacy. And do not be afraid of insects in the evening – the pool area is surrounded by a cage that keeps unwanted visitors out. A good night's sleep is guaranteed in the villa's 3 bedrooms that are equipped with double and single beds. For your convenience, the two master bedrooms offer direct access to the pool area. Another highlight of the Villa Florida Sunset is its location. Motorists only need 5 minutes to reach the next Publix supermarket with its surrounding shops and banks. Equally close are the restaurants at Cape Harbor – first and foremost, the "Rumrunners", a true Cape Coral original. But why take a car? Cape Coral is a paradise for boaters, and thanks to the villa's location at a saltwater canal, you will have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. This is especially handy if you want to explore South Florida's island. Safely storing your vessel is no problem, either, as the Villa is equipped with a modern boat dock. 2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 0,15ct. per Kwh.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.
