In the living area, you can gather around with your whole family, unwind on leather sofas and watch movies on the flatscreen TV.

A definite highlight of the Villa is its spacious kitchen. Thanks to a central workspace, multiple guests can prepare meals here. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, cutlery and utensils. 

Your whole family can comfortably sit at the dining table with 6 chairs, while the small glass table is perfect for snacks. Or do you want to enjoy the view of Cape Coral's scenic canal while dining? Then, you will love the table in the roofed section of the lanai.

The lanai also features a pool with heating, so you can swim at any time of day. The sunbeds and lounge area are perfect for relaxing, plants provide a tropical flair, and thanks to the Villa facing East, stunning sunrises are guaranteed.

Hobby skippers will love the modern boat dock – your starting point for adventures on the water. Thanks to the location next to a saltwater canal, you can easily reach the Gulf of Mexico and continue your journey to South Florida's islands. Should you feel hungry on the way – no problem: The popular waterfront restaurant "Rumrunners" is located only 0,6 miles south of the Villa Sunrise.

For motorists, the Villa Sunrise is conveniently located, too: In 5 minutes, you can drive to the supermarkets Walmart and Publix – as well as the restaurants and shops on Cape Coral Parkway. In addition, family-friendly Camelot Park with its playground and picnic areas is only 2 miles away.

2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 0,15ct. per Kwh.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50.
